The role

We are looking for a Membership Assistant to support day to day membership processing and administration within our busy Membership Team. This is a varied role, as it will also assist with a wide range of other areas including merchandise sale processing, supporting our team of volunteers and collection tin scheme, as well as stock control and events equipment bookings.
We are looking for a team player who has excellent interpersonal and customer care skills. You will also have excellent administrative and IT skills. Experience of using a CRM database would be beneficial.
This is a part-time (22.5 hours per week) permanent post contractually based at Cricklepit Mill. We are ideally looking for someone who could work these hours over 4 or 5 days a week.
